The NTR Software Group, with subsidiaries across the DACH region as well as Poland, the Czech Republic, and Slovakia, has acquired tutum GmbH, based in Nuremberg. tutum is one of the Top 10 DocuWare partners in the entire German-speaking market.

Founded in 2008, tutum GmbH has been digitalizing workplaces for more than 15 years. With in-depth industry expertise and standardized software solutions, the company supports mid-sized businesses in making their processes paperless, more sustainable, and more efficient.

With its successful industry-specific solutions—particularly in the field of property and real estate management—tutum is a perfect strategic fit for the portfolio of Datatronic Software AG, a member of the NTR Group.

Datatronic Software AG serves more than 3,000 customers, employs over 200 people, and operates from 14 locations across Germany and Switzerland. By acquiring tutum, Datatronic continues to expand its successful DMS (Document Management Systems) business unit.

A legal merger of the companies is planned for 2026. This will enable an even more comprehensive and integrated approach to customer support throughout Germany.

Florian Körber, founder of tutum GmbH, will step back from operational management after a short transition period.
