About Us

The NTR Software Group was founded in 2008 by Nicole Rubbe and Dr. Thomas Rubbe. It began with an investment in the DPS Group, one of the leading providers of software solutions for industry and mid-sized businesses.

Since 2020, NTR Software Group has been the sole owner of the companies that emerged from the DPS Group. Today, the group comprises eleven subsidiaries in Germany, Austria, Switzerland, Poland, the Czech Republic, and Slovakia, which together form the DPS Software Group.

Since 2026, Julius Rubbe has joined the group as a co-shareholder. His responsibilities include, among other things, the international product management of NTR’s proprietary software solutions as well as the strategic advancement of AI initiatives across the entire group.
