NTR acquires software manufacturer NTR Beteiligungs-GmbH, holding company with 10 subsidiaries in the field of enterprise software and technical software, acquires Grutzeck-Software GmbH in Hanau on 1.1.2023. The company has been managed by the Grutzeck family in the 2nd generation since 1979. Over 300 customers trust in their reliable CRM software AG-VIP. The software accelerates contact-related business processes in the company and is used for central contact management, sales or marketing. Through the CTI integration for inbound and outbound AG-VIP is suitable for use in call centers and customer service.
The software AG-VIP and the highly qualified employees of Grutzeck software are thus an optimal complement for the Sellmore GmbH, based in Dresden. The two companies will merge during the year, and the Grutzeck-Software headquarters in Hanau will become another Sellmore office.
Sellmore GmbH and Sellmore AG (in Switzerland) distribute solutions from Salesforce, ZOHO, CAS GenesisWorld, SpiceCRM, Sage CRM and SmartWe. With this broad portfolio and its more than 40 specialists, the company is able to provide comprehensive consulting services to targeted medium-sized customers. With the modular software AG-VIP Sellmore complements the portfolio optimally for the benefit of the now over 600 customers.
Managing Director Markus Grutzeck will remain on board to support the company’s own software and its users. According to Grutzeck, the goal of the sale is to guarantee continuity, security and development potential for employees and customers in the future. “The merger offers our customers comprehensive CRM expertise from specialists throughout Germany, Austria and Switzerland, as well as an extremely extensive CRM solution portfolio from which our customers benefit. We look forward to working with Sellmore” said Markus Grutzeck.
For Sellmore’s managing director, Michael Noack, this is another step towards making Sellmore unique for existing and future customers. Because according to Noack, “there is practically no other company that can advise customers in such an open-ended way, so that everyone finds their optimal tool and receives comprehensive support for it.”
