Datatronic AG, a company of the NTR Group, has acquired Teamdb Business Solutions KG in Langenhagen near Hanover as of August 1, 2024. Teamdb has been offering services in the areas of consulting, service and support as well as development for over 20 years and supports companies in their digitalization.

Datatronic is thus strengthening its presence in northern Germany and expanding its IT services division in Hanover.
