NTR expands ERP activities in Northern Germany.
NTR Beteiligungs-GmbH, a software group with subsidiaries in Germany, Austria, Switzerland, Poland and the Czech Republic, is acquiring köditz-datensysteme GmbH, based in Hanover. The company, which specializes in ERP solutions from Sage and DMS products from DocuWare, has been well established in the market for more than 40 years and has a turnover of 2.5 million euros with 20 employees.
Within the NTR Group, it is intended that köditz-datensysteme GmbH will in future work very closely with its sister company Datatronic AG, based in Worms. The portfolio of both companies complements each other perfectly. This ensures that the customer base of both companies will benefit from additional products and services. In addition, Datatronic AG will be able to expand its sales territory to include northern Germany.
The existing shareholders Stephan Pahlitzsch, Jens Brüggemann and Volker Lehmann will continue to work for köditz-datensysteme GmbH in the Sage business in their previous functions under the umbrella of NTR.
Stephan Pahlitzsch, Managing Director of köditz-datensysteme GmbH, sees the merger with NTR in particular as an opportunity for growth-oriented further development in a larger corporate environment as a positive signal to customers and employees, “NTR, with its entire portfolio and its focus on medium-sized customers, is a partner that we could not imagine being more suitable. We are sure that we will be able to continue our growth course more strongly with it.”
Pascal Bühler, CEO of Datatronic AG, is also convinced by the acquisition: “We are very much looking forward to the intensive cooperation with köditz-datensysteme GmbH. The customer benefits lie in particular in the significantly expanded portfolio that we can now offer from the Hanover site.”
