NTR Beteiligungs-GmbH, a software group with subsidiaries in Germany, Austria, Switzerland, Poland, the Czech Republic, and Slovakia, will acquire Indusys GmbH , based in Lüdenscheid, effective January 1, 2026.

For more than 30 years, Indusys has been providing highly successful IT services to mid-sized companies in the Westphalia region. With a team of 25 specialists, Indusys supports its customers with a comprehensive portfolio covering IT infrastructure, managed services, IT security, and cloud solutions. In the future, Indusys will work closely with Datatronic AG and strengthen its IT Services business unit.

Managing Director Zoran Trajkovic will continue to lead the company and sees clear benefits for customers:
