The NTR Software Group, will acquire Quadus GmbH, headquartered near Rostock, effective January 1, 2026.
For more than 25 years, Quadus has specialized in ERP solutions and document management and is well positioned in the market as one of the largest Sage Business Partners in Mecklenburg–Western Pomerania.
With proTextum, Quadus has developed a leading ERP solution for the laundry and textile services industry. This solution is scheduled to be offered not only in German-speaking countries, but also in other Central European markets in the near future.
Within the NTR Group, Quadus will work very closely with its sister company Datatronic Software AG. The portfolios of both companies complement each other perfectly, ensuring that the combined customer base benefits from additional products and services. For Datatronic, this acquisition also enables a more intensive support of customers in Northern Germany.
Managing Directors Ingo Plewka and Dirk Reiher will continue in their current roles and remain responsible for Quadus GmbH under the NTR umbrella.
Both see significant growth opportunities through the merger with the NTR Group within a larger corporate environment. In their view, NTR is an ideal partner thanks to its comprehensive portfolio and its strong focus on mid-sized businesses.
Pascal Bühler, CEO of Datatronic Software AG, will also join the management team of Quadus GmbH. He is confident about the acquisition:
