Synergy and growth: DPS Software Poland acquires CATIA specialist Cadsol

Warsaw/Breslau/Stuttgart DPS Software Sp. z o.o. a subsidiary of NTR Beteiligungs-Gesellschaft, acquires the CATIA dealer Cadsol Design Polska Sp. z o.o. based in Wroclaw. With the merger, DPS Software can now offer the entire Dassault Systèmes product portfolio on the Polish market, positioning itself as a full-service provider for Product Lifecycle Management (PLM). With the acquisition of Cadsol, DPS Software strengthens its leading position in the PLM market as the largest Dassault Systèmes partner in Poland.

Cadsol Design Polska, founded in Sweden in 1989, is the first Dassault Systèmes partner in Poland. The company specializes in providing professional solutions for the automotive and aerospace industries, such as CATIA, DELMIA and SIMULIA. In addition, Cadsol is the Polish distributor of Universal Robots and other automation solutions for the industry.

Through this merger, Cadsol Design Polska becomes an integral part of the international DPS Group, which includes the Polish companies DPS Software, DPS Systems and the Czech company DPS Software CZ s.r.o..

The group specializes in the implementation of software to support 3D CAD design, CAM manufacturing, product data management, simulation, product configuration and the comprehensive integration and implementation of MES and ERP systems.

Paweł Dziadosz, CEO of DPS Software Sp. Z o.o., explains the benefits of this merger for customers: “This is an important step in expanding our product offering.
